Our service plans include 2-4 seasonal tune-ups per year,  checking refrigerant levels, inspecting electrical components, flushing drain lines, changing filters (if supplied), and safety inspections.

Yes, you can cancel at any time. There are no long-term contracts — you only continue paying as long as you want the plan benefits.

No, every customer’s first visit is free. If you decide to enroll in a plan, it will start at your next appointment.

If we identify an issue during your tune-up, we’ll let you know the problem and options. You only pay if you authorize the repair — we won’t automatically charge you for it.

Yes — many of our plans can be transferred to the new homeowner. We just need to update the account details after closing.

Yes. As part of your plan benefits, you’ll receive discounts on parts, repairs, or system upgrades. The exact discount rate depends on your plan tier.

Yes — plan coverage doesn’t include major system replacement, parts not directly tied to HVAC function (e.g., cosmetic ductwork), or damage from neglect or misuse. These exclusions will be spelled out when you enroll.

We offer after-hours service during set times (5–9 PM weekdays and 9 AM–9 PM weekends). An after-hours fee will apply. If your system fails outside those times, we’ll schedule you at the next available slot without penalty.
